Delivery
When you place an order with us, you will be directed to a confirmation page which will provide you with an order summary and order number.
Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and invoice and delivery addresses are correct. Should there be any errors then please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Correction' to: customerservices@curvesandlace.com. Alternatively you can telephone us on +44 (0)141 226 2233.
Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, when contacting us. Our team will e-mail you when the order has been amended.
Postage within the UK will be by First Class Mail. Outside of the UK, goods will be sent by Airmail. We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days. However please allow at least 10 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. You should also check if your sorting office is holding your package.
Our interactive stock control system, will only allow you to order items available for immediate despatch. Should an item indicate 'Awaiting Delivery', then it is on order from the manufacturer and should be available shortly.
Postage and Packing
We charge the following rates for postage and packing:
Special delivery is available for UK orders and can be selected at the check-out. Special Delivery orders placed before 12:00 shall be despatched same day for next working day delivery.
Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays, so Special Delivery items sent Friday are only guaranteed for delivery Monday.
