We are happy to refund the cost of the goods or exchange items, provided they are returned to us as new, i.e. unworn and with the labels still attached, within 28 days from the date of despatch. The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, as this is designed to prevent damage to the underwires in transit. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods, as we will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items lost in the post without this documentation.
We aim to process returned goods within 5 working days. However for UK orders, please allow at least 10 working days for credited monies to appear in your account before contacting us. This will allow for posting and bank clearing times. For orders returned from outside of the UK additional time should be allowed for the returned items to reach us.
For orders returned from within the UK, please use the pre-paid label included with your goods.
For items returned from outside of the UK, please ensure that you pay the return postage. We do provide a returns label for your convenience, but if you have mislaid the label, then please affix the correct postage and return to:

Please note that post and packing charges are not refundable. However exchange items are despatched at no additional cost to you.

Please be sure to include your name, address and order number. Our team will e-mail you when the cancellation has been processed.
