Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Curves and Lace website is provided for personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Curves and Lace and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Scotland and you and Curves and Lace irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdication of the Scottish Courts.

How to Pay for Your Order

Our checkout is held on a completely secure area of our site (see Security for more details).

We ask you to provide your name, address, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. The credit/debit card details will be used for the delivery address unless you specify an alternative delivery address for your order.

When you have successfully placed order with us, you will be directed to an order summary which you should print out for your records.

Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and invoice and delivery addresses are correct. Order Correction e-mails should be sent to customerservices@curvesandlace.com. Alternatively you can telephone us on +44 (0)141 226 2233. When contacting Curves and Lace always use your order number.

Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, when contacting us. Our team will e-mail you when the order has been amended.

We accept Visa Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB. Your account will be authorised on the day of your order but no money shall be deducted from your card until your order is despatched. Please note that if your order is split and sent on different days then you will be charged for the goods separately as each package is despatched and you will only incur one post and packing charge as detailed on your confirmation. All charges are in pounds sterling so if you are ordering from outside of the UK, the charge will be subject to the exchnage rate on the day of despatch.
