The Curves and Lace website is provided for personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Curves and Lace and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Scotland and you an Curves and Lace irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdication of the Scottish Courts.
How to Pay for Your Order
Our checkout is held on a completely secure arean of our site (see Security for more details).
We ask you to provide your name, address, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. The credit/debit card details will be used for the delivery address unless you specify an alternative delivery address for your order.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail containing an order summary.
Please check your order summary details to ensure the items and invoice and delivery addresses are correct. Should there be any errors then please send us an e-mail entitled 'Order Correction' to: sales@curvesandlace.com. Alternatively you can telephone us on +44 (0)141 226 2233.
Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, when contacting us. Our team will e-mail you when the order has been amended.
We accept Visa Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB. Your account will be charged on the day of the order in pounds sterling at that day's exchange rate, if ordering from outside the UK.
